Uh Oh!!! You've forgotten your password!
Don't worry; we've all been there! Luckily, Spinify makes it SUPER DUPER easy to reset your password at any time.
Resetting Your Password
- On the login page, select "Forgot password?"
- Enter your registered email address
- Click "Request Reset"
- Head on over to your email
- The email may take up to 3 mins to arrive
- Ensure also to check your Junk/Spam folder
- Open the email from Spinify with the subject "Verify Your Spinify Account"
- Click "Verify Account"
- Verify account link is only valid for 5 days
- Enter a new password
- Passwords must contain at least 8 characters, including:
- 1 lowercase
- 1 uppercase; and
- 1 number

- Voila! You're done and ready to log in!
