If you're experiencing an issue with your Chromebit displaying a white screen instead of your channel, then this indicates that there is an issue with your network connection. **If your network is behind a firewall** Please ask your IT/network support person to review the problem. The firewall may be blocking internet access to MySpinify.  **If your Chromebit is plugged directly into an HDMI port** Televisions can cause interference with your WiFi signal.
