How Long Does it Take to Update a Competition?
When you first create your integration in your Spinify account it can take a moment for it to complete the initial sync. You can start creating Competitions, Messages, Achievements, etc immediately, but they may not populate with all their data from your integration within the first 10 minutes or so of integrating while completing the initial sync.
SalesforceThe initial sync can take a few minutes depending on the size of your Salesforce instance. You can see a queue of the number of records within the Spinify App in Salesforce, check out Syncing Salesforce records for more info. After that, it is near real-time.
Google SheetsWhen you first set up the leaderboard with Google Sheets it can take a couple of minutes to sync the data. Updates to Google Sheets can update instantly if you only make 1 or 2 changes. Otherwise, it can take between 5 to 15 minutes, as it will be waiting for you to finish making changes before passing the new data.
AgentboxAgentbox data can appear in a Spinify competition once the field information has been changed in Agentbox. This could be instant or within 15 minutes.
RexRex data can appear in a Spinify Competition once the field information has been changed in Rex. This could be instant or within 15 minutes.
