How to Grant Temporary Salesforce Login Access to Spinify Support

The first step is to log in with your Salesforce Administrator User.

Next, Depending on your Organization, the Setup button will be beside your name at the top right of the page or listed as a drop-down option when you click on your name.

Salesforce Lightning User Interface

1. Click on Your Name, then Settings in the top-right menu
2. Go to My Personal Information and click Grant Account Login Access
3. Set the access expiration date for "Spinify Support".
4. Click Save.

Salesforce Classic User Interface

1. Choose one of the following in Salesforce Classic User Interface:
   1. Click on Setup | My Personal Information | Grant Login Access.
   2. Click on Your Name | My Settings | Personal | Grant Account Login Access
2. Set the access expiration date for "Spinify Support".
3. Click Save.
