Follow these simple steps to get your first coaching session up and running:
1️⃣ Click the Coaching Icon – Your journey to effortless coaching starts here!
2️⃣ Create a Coaching Session – Hit that button and let’s get started.
3️⃣ Filter & Select – Need to narrow it down? Filter by office if needed, then select the player you want to coach.
4️⃣ Auto-Magic Session Details – The session name and description will pre-fill based on your selected player. Want to tweak it? Go ahead – you’re the boss!
5️⃣ Choose an Admin – Scroll down to assign an admin to oversee the coaching progress.
6️⃣ Set the Frequency – How often should the coaching happen? You decide.
7️⃣ Add Questions –
- Click Create Question
- Pick a category
- Select Your Question
- Repeat - to choose up to 3 questions for the session
8️⃣ Finalize & Create – Scroll up and click Create Coaching to lock it in. 🎯
✨ Bonus Tip: You can track all ongoing coaching sessions in the “In Progress” tab, and on your dashboard under "Coaching"
