You can kick off your coaching sessions in two super-simple ways:
➡️ Coaching Tab on your dashboard (because who doesn’t love an obvious shortcut?)
➡️ Coaching Icon in the Navigation Menu on the left (it’s like a treasure map, but with fewer pirates 🏴☠️).

Once you've completed your coaching session, you can check in on your progress and answers by following the steps below:
1️⃣ Click the "Coaching" Tab – Head to your dashboard and find the Coaching section.
2️⃣ View Details – Click the three vertical dots (those sneaky little helpers) next to the session, then select View Coaching Timeline.
3️⃣ Check Progress & Listen In – Dive into the session progress and listen to the recorded answers you provided.🎧
