Image, Logo, Background not Refreshing on the TV?
If you have just updated or created a competition; added or updated your company logo, changed a background, or other Spinify content it will take a few minutes to update on the TV. You may, however, want it to show on the TV straight away.
Refresh Page
The simplest way to do this is to refresh or reload the page. Depending on your browser, F5 will normally refresh the page.
Clear Cache
If refreshing the page did not update/add the content to your TV then the content may be cached. If this is the case you can easily clear the cache by following these steps:
