It only confirms who the user is. It does not read or change Salesforce data. That is separate from the Spinify integration package you may already use for competitions and leaderboards. If you use a sandbox, install it there as well as in production. Install 1. Sign in to Salesforce as an administrator. Use the org that should be allowed to sign in to MySpinify. 2. Open the install link from Spinify: [https://login.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04tUz0000004y7FIAQ](https://login.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04tUz0000004y7FIAQ) 3. Choose Install for All Users so everyone who should sign in with Salesforce can use it. 4. Approve the access request. The app asks only for basic identity and OpenID, which Salesforce uses to confirm the user's name and email. 5. Wait until Salesforce emails you that the install has finished. Large orgs can take a few minutes. 6. In Salesforce, go to Setup, search for External Client App Manager, and confirm an app named Spinify is listed. Ask the user to return to MySpinify and sign in with Salesforce again. If it still fails - The admin installed it in a different org than the one the user logs in to. Sandbox and production are separate. - The install is still in progress. Check the email from Salesforce, then try again. - The user does not have access to that Salesforce org. - Make sure the Spinify user has been linked to their Salesforce user.
