JobAdder Connected Objects

After you connect your JobAdder account with Spinify, the following fields are linked to the objects in Spinify for you to use when creating competitions or achievements.

👩‍💼JobAdderCandidate

  • Created - Datetime - when the candidate was created in JobAdder
  • LastUpdated - Datetime - when the candidate was last modified in JobAdder
  • Name - String - candidate name
  • Owner - String - the user id of the JobAdder user the candidate belongs to
  • Type - String - the candidate  type
  • Status - String - the candidate status
  • Active - Booolean - true if active, otherwise false
  • Rating - String - rating of candidate
  • CreatedBy - String - the user id of the JobAdder user that created the candidate

🏃‍♀️JobAdderCandidateActivity

  • Created - Datetime - when the candidate activity was created in JobAdder
  • LastUpdated - Datetime - when the candidate activity was last modified in JobAdder
  • Name - String - the candidate activity name
  • Owner - String - the owner of the candidate activity
  • Type - String - the candidate activity type
  • Status - String - the candidate activity status

📲JobAdderContactActivity

  • Created - Datetime - when the contact activity was created in JobAdder
  • LastUpdated - Datetime - when the contact activity was last modified in JobAdder
  • Name - String - the contact activity name
  • Owner - String - the owner of the contact activity
  • Status - String - the contact activity status
  • Type - String - the contact activity type

  • Created - Datetime - when the contact was created in JobAdder
  • LastUpdated - Datetime - when the contact was last modified in JobAdder
  • Name - String - the contact  name
  • Owner - String - the owner of the contact
  • CreatedBy - String - user that added the contact
  • Status - String - the contact status
  • Active - Booolean - true if active, otherwise false
  • CompanyName - String - name of company contact belongs to
  • CompanyStatus -String - status of company contact belongs to
  • CompanyOwner - String - user that the contact's company belongs to

💼JobAdderCompany

  • Created - Datetime - when the company was created in JobAdder
  • LastUpdated - Datetime - when the company was last modified in JobAdder
  • Name - String - the company  name
  • Owner - String - the owner of the company
  • CreatedBy - String - user that added the company
  • Status - String - the company status

💼JobAdderJob

  • Created - Datetime - when the job was created in JobAdder
  • LastUpdated - Datetime - when the job was last modified in JobAdder
  • Name - String - the job title
  • Owner - String - the owner of the job
  • Active - Booolean - true if active, otherwise false
  • Source - String - the source field on the job
  • Status - String - the status name on the placement

  • Created - Datetime - when the job application activity was created in JobAdder
  • LastUpdated - Datetime - when the job application activity was last modified in JobAdder
  • Name - String - the job application activity name
  • Owner - String - the owner of the job application activity
  • Type - String - the job application activity type
  • Status - String - the job application activity status

📝JobAdderNote

  • Candidate - Boolean - If the note was associated with a candidate
  • Company - Boolean - If the note was associated with a company
  • Contact - Boolean - If the note was associated with a contact
  • Created - Datetime - when the job was created in JobAdder
  • Job - Boolean - If the note was associated with a job
  • LastUpdated - Datetime - when the job was last modified in JobAdder
  • Name - String - the Type + Id of the note
  • Owner - String - the creator of the note
  • Placement - Boolean - If the note was associated with a placement
  • Source - String - source of the note, ie Email
  • Type - String - Type of the note, ie Email Sent, Incoming Call (please note, the Type is case-sensitive and much match the note type from JobAdder exactly)

  • Created - Datetime - when the placement was created in JobAdder
  • LastUpdated - Datetime - when the placement was last modified in JobAdder
  • Name - String - the job title from the placement
  • Owner - String - the owner of the job associated with the placement
  • Fee - Number - fee earned from salary
  • Status - String - the status name on the placement
  • StartDate - Datetime - the startdate field on the placement
  • EndDate - Datetime - the enddate field on the placement
  • ApprovedAt - Datetime - when the placement was approved
  • JobTitle - String - job title for placement
  • Type - String - the type of placement
  • Recruiter - String - the recruiter associated with the placement
  • JobCompanyName - String - name of the company the placement was created at

  • Created - Datetime - when the placement activity was created in JobAdder
  • LastUpdated - Datetime - when the placement activity was last modified in JobAdder
  • Name - String - the placement activity name
  • Owner - String - the owner of the placement activity
  • Type - String - the placement activity type
  • Status - String - the placement activity status

💰JobAdderRecruiterSplit

  • Created - Datetime - when the split was created in JobAdder
  • LastUpdated - Datetime - when the split was last modified in JobAdder
  • Name - String - the job title, role, and recruiter's name for the split
  • Owner - String - the recruiter the split is for
  • Fee - Number - total fee from placement
  • SplitFee - Number - the split fee from the placement (eg if the total fee for the placement is $1,000, and the recruiter's share is 25%, then the SplitFee would be $250)
  • Status - String - the status name from the placement related to this split
  • StartDate - Datetime - the startdate field on the placement related to this split
  • EndDate - Datetime - the enddate field on the placement related to this split
  • ApprovedAt - Datetime - when the placement was approved
  • JobTitle - String - job title for placement
  • Type - String - the type of placement
  • JobCompanyName - String - name of the company the placement was created at
