My SLQ Integration Isn't Working?

If you find your SLQ integration isn't working as expected, there are a couple of ways to fix this issue.

1. Use a publicly accessible IP address or hostname that points to the database that you'd like to connect to Spinify

2. If you use an IP address whitelist to restrict access to your database from the public internet, then you'll need to whitelist these IP addresses:

  • 52.40.51.60
  • 52.40.70.59
  • 52.41.21.29

3. If your database is behind a firewall, please make sure to open the port you'd like to use as well.
