# Power BI Auto Provisioning
#### Overview
Auto Provisioning makes managing your Spinify Users even easier through your Power BI integration! By setting up a Report, you can keep your Spinify users up to date directly through Power BI. Anytime you add, edit, or remove a user from your Power BI instance, the change will immediately sync to your Spinify account via the Power BI Report, then continue to sync every 24 hours thereafter.
Please ensure your [Power BI integration is set up](https://knowledge.spinify.com/help/how-to-integrate-powerbi-with-spinify?hsLang=en) before completing the below.
#### Setting up Your Report
1. Start by creating a new Report with your users.
2. You can copy the format in the [downloadable spreadsheet here](https://my.spinify.com/users/upload?hsLang=en).
#### Setting Up Auto Provisioning in Spinify
1. Log into your **[MySpinify](https://my.spinify.com/login?hsLang=en)** account
2. From the left-hand menu, click the "Users" icon to navigate to the "Users" tab
3. Next, click the three vertical dots and click "User Provisioning"
4. Click Create Provisioning
5. Assign your Integration, Connection, and Report
6. Click "Create Provision"
Your user provisioning is now ready to go, syncing immediately into your Spinify Account from your Power BI Report and then continuing to sync automatically every 24 hours!
