There are a set of pre-configured achievements for Salesforce. You can modify any of these and/or add new achievements.
Big Deal
This achievement is used to show when a deal is won. It displays the details of the deal and celebrates the owner, as the person that won the deal.
Resolve a Case
This achievement is used to show when a case is closed. It displays the details about the case and celebrates the owner, as the person who closed the case
Make a Call
This achievement is used to show when a call is logged. It displays the details about the call and celebrates the owner, as the person that made the call.
Send an Email
This achievement is used to show when an email is logged. It displays the owner, as the person that sent the email.
Lead Created
This achievement is used to show when a lead is created. It displays the details about the lead and celebrates the owner, as the person that created the lead.
Lead Qualified
This achievement is used to show when a lead is qualified. It displays the details about the lead and celebrates the owner, as the person that qualified the lead.
Complete Meeting
This achievement is used to show when a meeting is completed. It displays the details of the meeting and celebrates the owner, as the person that completed the meeting.
