Sometimes, a big moment deserves a second round of recognition. With Achievement Replay, you can re-trigger any achievement announcement directly from the platform. Whether it’s a birthday shout-out, a sales milestone, or a fun team recognition, you can replay the celebration whenever you want.
How It Works

Go to an Achievement

Navigate to the achievement you’d like to replay (for example, a birthday celebration).

Click the Receipt Icon

Look for the receipt icon next to the achievement.

Replay the Achievement

Click the circle button to instantly replay it.

The announcement will re-trigger exactly as it was originally set up.

What Gets Replayed?
Everything tied to the original achievement will fire again, including:

Push notifications
-
Emails
-
TV displays
-
Any connected channels
For example, replaying Abigail’s birthday achievement will trigger the original birthday announcement across all channels you had set up — emails, notifications, and TVs included!
Replay also takes into account your latest notification settings:

🎶 If a rep has updated their song, the replay will play the new track.

📺 If you’ve added new announcement channels (like a TV or Slack integration), the replay will now appear there too.
This makes it a great way to:

Ensure everyone sees the announcement — even if they missed it the first time.

Test TVs and announcement setups to confirm they’re working correctly.
⚠️ Note: While new channels and updated songs are included, the content of the achievement message itself does not change. If you updated the text of the original message, the replay will still display the original content.
