How Do I Send Email Invitations To My Users?

There are several ways to send invites to your users in Spinify. Please see instructions below:

Company Settings

The easiest way to ensure all users receive an invite when they're added to Spinify is to ensure the invitation email check box is selected in your company settings.

  1. Select your User Menu (top-right)
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Company Settings
  4. Scroll down and ensure the "Send user invitation emails when new users are created" box is selected

This will ensure all users, whether invited one by one, through CSV upload, or even through the Salesforce Integration.


Users Page

You can send invitations from your users page by selecting the invitation icon next to that users details:

Create a New User

When creating a new user, you also have the option to select the "Send invitation email to user" checkbox.
