Setting Up The MySpinify Enterprise Application In Microsoft Entra ID
Learn how to add and configure the MySpinify enterprise app in your organization’s Microsoft Entra ID tenant for seamless single sign-on and user management.
Overview
You can connect MySpinify to your Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) to make login easier for your team. Once connected, your users can sign in using their Microsoft credentials, and admins can manage who has access — all from within Entra ID.
Step 1: Add MySpinify to Your Entra ID Tenant
To get started, one of your Spinify users (whose email address matches their Microsoft Entra ID account) needs to log in using this link once:

This action adds the MySpinify enterprise application to your Entra ID tenant.
Step 2: Manage Access and Visibility in Entra ID
Once the app appears in your tenant, you can control user access and app visibility:
-
Log in to the Azure Portal.
-
Go to Entra ID → Manage → Enterprise Applications.
-
Search for MySpinify and select it.
-
Under Manage → Properties, configure the following:
-
Assignment required: Set to Yes if you want to restrict access to specific users or groups.
-
Visible to users: Set to Yes to make MySpinify visible in the Office 365 app launcher.
-
If you restricted access to assigned users only:
-
Go to Users and Groups.
-
Click Add user/group.
-
Choose who should have access to MySpinify and click Assign.
Step 3: Test and Confirm Access
Once setup is complete:
-
Assigned users will see MySpinify in their Office 365 apps.
-
They can sign in directly using Microsoft credentials — no separate login needed.
