Trigger An Achievement For Earning A Trailhead Badge

Achievements are a great way to announce to the team and celebrate when a rep completes a Trail and earns a badge!

You can create these celebrations in just a few short steps.

1. Customize the Achievement.

As the trigger for the achievement, you can select the preconfigured "Trailhead Badge Earned Today".  This will celebrate any badge that was earned in the last 24 hours.

You can then customize the look and feel of the announcement.

Suggested description for the achievement:

  • Congrats on completing the '' Trail!
2. Configure the Achievement.

Next, you will want to add the achievement to the Channel that you want the announcement to display on.
