Troubleshooting Your Excel Integration

If your Excel data suddenly stops syncing, you may need to reconnect your integration. Follow the steps below to reconnect your Excel Integration.

Reconnecting your Integration

  1. Log into your MySpinify Admin account
  2. Go to your user menu and select settings
  3. You should automatically land on the Integrations section, but double-check by ensuring the "Integrations" tab is highlighted in orange
  4. Scroll down to the excel integration tile
  5. Select Actions, then Reconnect
  6. Log into your Microsoft Account, if prompted

Your Excel integration has now been reconnected, and your data will begin flowing through as normal.
