Why Isn't the Gong Ringing?

By default, your gong achievements will only appear in the 'Launch All' channel.

Here's how to add your gong achievement to the channels you'd like it to appear in:

• Log into MySpinify as an admin
• Select Announcements -> Achievements on the left-hand menu to go to the Achievements screen
• Click on the 'Gong' achievement to edit it
  
• On the Edit Achievement screen, scroll down to the channels section (2nd from the bottom) and add the channels you'd like the gong to appear in
• Click 'Save Achievement' to save your updates
  

Now when the gong rings it will appear in the channels you've selected.
