If your Recognition announcements include a YouTube video, or if you use YouTube messages on your Spinify channel, you can easily control whether captions are displayed during playback.
Turn YouTube Captions On or Off- Navigate to Recognition.
- Select Announcements.
- Open an announcement from the Activity Feed that has a YouTube video attached (such as an Achievement celebration).
- Click the CC button on the video player to turn captions on or off.
- Your caption preference will automatically be reflected across your Spinify channels.
- Caption settings are available for announcements that use YouTube videos.
- Once updated, the caption preference is automatically applied when the announcement is displayed on your channels.
- You can change the setting at any time by repeating the steps above.
- If the Settings don't change, please turn subtitles off in YouTube directly.
