Close CRM Connected Objects

This help article provides information about the Close CRM connected objects available in Spinify competitions and achievements.

After you connect your Close CRM account with Spinify, the following fields are linked to the objects in Spinify for you to use when creating competitions or achievements.

  • ActivityAt - datetime - when the call activity occurred
  • AnsweredAt - datetime - when the call was answered
  • CallDuration - number - duration of the call in seconds
  • CreatedBy - string - user who created the call
  • Direction - string - direction of call (inbound/outbound)
  • Disposition - string - call disposition or outcome
  • LastUpdated - datetime - when the call was last updated
  • Name - string - name of the call
  • Owner - string - Close CRM user the call belongs to
  • RecordingDuration - number - duration of call recording in seconds
  • Source - string - source of the call
  • Status - string - current status of the call
  • VoicemailDuration - number - duration of voicemail in seconds
