Salesforce IP Restrictions

If your teams experience issues logging into Spinify with their Salesforce accounts, it may be because you have IP restrictions on the login.  This means that users can only log in to Salesforce from a specific list of IP addresses.  To resolve this you'll need to add our IP addresses so that they can authenticate their users.

How do I add Spinify IP addresses into Salesforce?

Salesforce has a detailed article on how to access and add new Trusted IP Ranges.

Please follow their instructions to add the following IP addresses (note you can just set the same start/finish IP addresses for these).


After setting the IP addresses, you'll now be able to use the Salesforce Single Sign-On process to access both MySpinify and the Spinify Mobile App.
