Oh no! My users aren't showing up in competitions!
Don't panic! There might be a couple of reasons for this:
- A user must be created in Spinify to show in any selections such as competitions, messages or achievements. See: How to Add a User
- If you select an Office that a user is not part of, that person will not be visible in the team. See: How to use Offices
Hmmm, why can't my users log in?
- You need to send an invitation to all users that you would like to access Spinify so that they can set a password for their account. See: How to Invite Users to Login to Spinify
- If your user has forgotten their password, they can reset it on the login screen. See: How do I reset my Spinify password?
But how can I remove users from Spinify?
